Entry: $50 per player covers golf, cart, luncheon, and prizes

Age Groups

Players will compete in the following age groups as determined by their current age on the day of the tournament: 50-59; 60-69; 70-79; 80 and over. 

 

Conditions

The NCPGA Senior Tournament Committee reserves the right to alter any conditions and schedules. The decision of the Committee in any matter shall be final. The NCPGA has the right to reject any and all of the entries.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Eligibility

Tournament is open to any player age 50 years or older. Age as of the date of the tournament shall determine the age group in which the player will compete for prizes and points.

Electronic Yardage Devices shall be allowed as long as they measure distance and not slopes or grades.

 

Points

Points are to be awarded to the top ten(10)  gross scores in each age group (50-59; 60-69; 70-79; 80 and over). The four(4) players with the most cumulative points* in each age group following the last Senior Summer Series Tournament are to be invited to the year-end Championship Tournament.

*Cumulative points awarded to a player will be derived from the best five(5) tournament finishes during the current Summer Series.

All points earned during the Summer Series events are to be used for the purpose of earning an invitation to the Championship Tournament. 

 

Prizes

Gross and net prizes to be paid in each age group. Contestants may be awarded a gross or net prize but not both.

 

Rules

Players age  50-69 are to play from the middle tees. Players 70 and over will compete from the senior tees. Summer rules are in effect unless otherwise indicated by the committee.
