| Deisher Shoots 4 Under Par 68 to Win at Belles Springs |

Mackeyville, Pa. – White Deer Golf Club’s fifteen year old Kyle Deisher took advantage of near perfect conditions today and cruised to a four under par 68 at Belles Springs to win the boys 16 to 19 year old age division on the NCPGA Junior Tour. Liberty Valley Country Club’s Max Wrobel was second with 74.
In the 13-15 year old division, Eagles Mere’s Jesse Hazam shot a 78 to win by 3 shots over C.J. Tyler from Bucknell Golf Club. In the Boys 10-12 year old division, Jacob Lenhart from Wynding Brook won with a 45.
In the Girls 16-18 year old division, Devan Everett of the host club, shot a 79 and Williamsport Country Club’s Taylor Krout took the girl’s 13 to 15 year old division with a score of 101.
Amy Seeley of the host club won the Girls 10-12 year old division in a match of cards with Katie Behnert of Wynding Brook. Both players shot a nine hole score of 62. A total of 81 juniors competed in this the sixth event of the summer tour. The next event will be next Monday, July 27th at the Williamsport Country Club for the stroke play championship.
The NCPGA is a non-profit organization of member golf clubs dedicated to the promotion and preservation of the game of golf in North Central Pennsylvania. Founded in 1981, the association conducts a highly successful junior tour, men’s and women’s amateur championships, a senior tournament series, U.S. Open local qualifying and provides handicapping services to member clubs which is the major source of revenue to the association. NCPGA volunteers also rate golf courses and conduct educational seminars for handicap chairmen, rules clinics and supports the USGA Turf Advisory Program.
