North Central Pennsylvania Golf Association's Beginning Golfer Clinic is Thursday

Lewisburg, Pa- The eighth of a series of nineteen instructional golf clinics for the beginning golfer will be held on this Thursday, June 5th at the Wynding Brook Golf Club in Milton . The clinic, which is sponsored by the North Central Pennsylvania Golf Association will be for all beginners. There will be no fee for junior golfers under the age of 18 and a nominal fee of $7.00 for all particpants over 18 years of age. All participants must register for this clinic and it is limited to the first 25 participants that register. The clinic will start at 5:30pm and conclude at 7:00pm. Instruction will focus on learning the fundamentals and etiquette of the game.

The NCPGA is a non-profit organization of member golf clubs dedicated to the promotion and preservation of the game of golf in North Central Pennsylvania. Founded in 1981, the association conducts a highly successful junior tour, men’s and women’s amateur championships, a senior tournament series, U.S. Open local qualifying and provides handicapping services to member clubs. The association also rates golf courses and conducts educational seminars for handicap chairmen, rules clinics and supports the USGA Turf Advisory Program.
